钼靶X线、超声及MRI在乳腺癌诊断中的协同应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨钼靶X线、超声和动态增强MRI在乳腺癌诊断中的协同应用价值。方法选择2012年6月~2014年12月于邢台市中医院就诊的112例乳腺癌疑似病例,分别给予钼靶X线、超声和动态增强MRI检查,将检查结果与术后病理诊断结果进行比较,评价各方法以及3种方法联用的诊断价值。结果 MRI的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度明显高于超声、钼靶X线(P<0.05),3种方法联用的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于MRI诊断,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。钼靶X线的钙化显示率明显高于超声和MRI诊断(P<0.05)。结论 MRI对乳腺癌的诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度均高于钼靶X线和超声,但3种诊断方法各有不足,合理联用能够提高乳腺癌诊断的准确率。%Objective To investigate the collaborative application value of molybdenum target X-ray, ultrasonography and dynamic enhanced MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 112 cases of breast diseases patients with suspected breast cancer in Xingtai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2012 to December 2014 were selected as research objects. These patients underwent molybdenum target X-ray, ultrasonography, and dynamic enhanced MRI examination. A parallel comparison was made between the examination results and postoperative pathological diagnosis results. The three methods individually and the collaborative application of the three methods were evaluated in terms of their diagnostic value.Results The sensitivity, speciifcity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis were signiifcantly higher than those of ultrasonography and molybdenum target X-ray (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of collaborative application of the three methods were higher than that of MRI. Yet the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The calcification display rate of molybdenum target X-ray was significantly higher than that of the ultrasound and MRI (P<0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasonography. Yet these three diagnostic methods had their own insufficiencies. Therefore, a reasonably collaborative application of the three methods could improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer.
