Based on the research of the electronic medical record adverse events in America, the importance of the risk mangement of electronic medical record is pointed out in this paper. Then the possible risks that may occur during the application of the electronic medical record are analyzed, and some related opinions are put forward to make it better used.%本文首先介绍了美国对电子病历不良事件的研究，指出电子病历风险管理的重要性，然后分析了电子病历在应用中可能发生的风险，并给出了相应的意见，以使其得到更好的应用。
