精准频率反转恢复脂肪抑制技术对腰椎隐匿骨折的诊断价值

         

摘要

目的 探讨精准频率反转恢复(SPAIR)脂肪抑制技术对于腰椎隐匿骨折的诊断价值.方法 100例腰椎外伤患者在伤后5d内均行X平片及多序列3.0T MR(磁共振)检查,MR检查序列为自旋回波(SE)T1WI,快速自旋回波(FSE)T2WI,T2WI-SPAIR脂肪抑制序列,主要扫描矢状位,横断位.结果 100例腰椎外伤患者病例的MR信号主要表现为T1WI呈水平方向椎体中央条状低信号影;T2WI呈条带状稍低信号影或等信号影;T2WI-SPAIR呈清晰的更大范围的条带状高信号影;T2WI-SPAIR序列醒目易认识辨别.结论在MR扫描中SPAIR脂肪抑制技术可得到优质的脂肪抑制图像,减少了化学伪影及其他相关伪影,提高了图像质量,增强图像的对比度,更加准确的显示损伤部位状况,提高了病变诊断的准确率,对临床鉴别诊断及治疗腰椎隐匿骨折有重要价值.%Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spectral presaturation attenuated inversion recovery (SPAIR) sequence in lumbar vertebrae occult fractures. Methods 100 cases of lumbar trauma patients within 5 days after injury, underwent X-ray and high field strength (3.0T) MR examination (with axial and sagittal spin-echo (SE) Tl WI, fast spin echo (FSE) T2WI and T2WI -SPAIR fat suppression sequence). Results Among 100 cases of patients with lumbar trauma, MR mainly showed vertebrae central strip of low signal intensity on T1WI horizontal direction, striking banded slightly lower signal intensity on T2WI, and clearly greater range banded high signal on T2WI-SPAIR. T2WI-SPAIR sequence marked easy understanding distinguish. Conclusion SPAIR fat suppression technique can obtain high quality fat suppression images, with reducing the artifacts of the chemical and other related artifacts, increasing the contrast of the image to display more accurate injury situation, improving the lesion diagnostic accuracy, and offering the valuable information for better clinical diagnosis and treatment of vertebrae occult fracture.
