医患关系紧张情况下的临床超声教学策略思考

         

摘要

医患关系是目前医疗社会关系中重点关注内容,医患关系紧张直接影响了医疗行业的从业及医疗人才的培养。临床带教是医药人才培养的关键阶段,为了适应医患关系紧张的现状,避免实习医疗事故及医疗纠纷的发生,防止医患暴力冲突的演变,我们从实际临床带教出发,从加强学生上机操作前的培训,加强职业语言艺术的培养,加强教师带教及实习生制度管理,加强职业道德教育与人格培养,加强法制教育,以及加强保护与自我保护6个方面进行了教学策略探讨。%The doctor-patient relationship has become a major concern of medical social relations . The tension between doctors and patients has a direct impact on employment and training of medical personnel in medical industry .Clinical teaching is a key stage of medical personnel training .In order to adapt to the tense doctor-patient relationship , avoid medical accidents and medical disputes during internship , and prevent violent conflicts between doctors and patients , this paper discusses the practice teaching strategies based on our actual practice: strengthening training for students before computer operation , strengthening training of students 'professional language art , strengthening regulation of teachers and interns , strengthening students'professional ethical education and personality training , strengthening legal education , and strengthening students'protection and self-protection training .
