xMOOCs教学设计的分析与比较-基于学习者视角

         

摘要

Massive open online courses ( MOOCs ) consist of cMOOCs and xMOOCs.Recently xMOOCs, which are provided by Coursera platform and others, have become well received by all kinds of learners.There are three types of attitudes towards MOOCs:supportive, opposing and dialectical.As a leaner who has systemically taken 6 courses on the three major platforms, I think we should be dialectical towards the development of MOOCs.On the one hand, xMOOCs have such defects as low teacher-student interaction and being unable to offer teaching fit learners'level.On the other hand, XMOOCs attract a large number of learners by providing good user experience.The good user experience is closely related to the elaborative instructional design.In this paper, we analyze and compare the instructional design of the 6 courses.We think that xMOOCs are characterized by their rich and high-quality course resources, clear design of learning path, and the means of evaluation based on learning process.%MOOCs分为cMOOCs和xMOOCs两种,且目前被广大学习者热捧的是Coursera等平台推出的xMOOCs。社会各界对MOOCs的研究有三种立场:支持、反对和辩证。笔者作为一名学习者,在系统学习了三大主流平台的6门课程之后,认为应该辩证地看待xMOOCs的发展。 xMOOCs有师生交互少、不能分层次教学等缺陷,但同时xMOOCs有良好的用户体验,吸引了大量的学习者。良好的用户体验与其精心的教学设计密不可分。该文对6门课程的教学设计进行分析与比较,认为优质且丰富的课程资源、清晰的学习路径设计和基于学习过程的评价方式是xMOOCs教学设计的特色。
