随着医药产业的快速发展以及社会对医药营销专业人才需求的不断增加,越来越多的医药院校开设了市场营销专业。但培养上大多采取与医学专业相同的模式,没有体现医药营销专业人才的培养特色。文章就我国医学医药院校市场营销专业应用型本科人才培养模式定位、选择及实践进行了研究与探讨。%With the rapid development of medicine industry , the society has an increasing demand for pharmaceutical marketing personnel and a growing number of medical colleges and universities have offered the marketing program .However , most of them adopt the same training pattern as that of the medical specialty and do not reflect the training characteristics of pharmaceutical marketing personnel . This paper studies and discusses orientation , selection and practice of the training mode of application-type undergraduate students majoring in medical and pharmaceutical marketing in China .
