江门市儿童急性呼吸道病毒感染与空气PM2.5相关性分析

         

摘要

[Objective]To analyze the correlation between acute respiratory virus infection and air PM2.5 in children of Jiangmen.[Methods] A total of 1000 children with acute respiratory tract infection who were investigated in our hospital from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 were selected as research objects. Samples of nasopharyngeal swabs were collected to detect respiratory viral pathogens, and air PM2.5 data in Jiangmen were collected. The correlation between respiratory viral infection and air PM2.5 was analyzed.[Results]A total of 371 cases of respiratory viruses were detected, with a detection rate of 37.10% (371/1000). The main virus was respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and parainfluenza virus type 3 (PIV3), the detection rate was 22.90% (229/1000) and 5.10% (51/1000), which accounted for 61.73% (229/371) and 13.75% (51/371) of all detected virus. The detection rates of virus in the first, second, third and four quarters accounted for 35.31% (131/371), 10.78% (40/371), 11.86% (44/371) and 42.05% (156/371) respectively. The detection rate of the first quarter was significantly higher than that of the second and third quarter (P <0.001). The detection rate of the fourth quarter was significantly higher than that of the second and third quarter (P <0.001). The average concentration of PM2.5 in the air of the first, second, third and fourth quarter was (47±22) μg/m3, (25±11) μg/m3, (30±14) μg/ m3 and (48±23) μg/m3, the first quarter was significantly higher than the second and third quarters (P <0.05), the fourth quarter was significantly higher than the second and third quarters (P <0.05). Spearman analysis showed that the total detectable rate of virus was positively related to air PM2.5 concentration (r =0.741, P =0.013), the detection rate of RSV was positively correlated with air PM2.5 concentration (r =0.706, P =0.019), the detection rate of PIV3 virus was positively correlated with air PM2.5 concentration (r =0.635, P =0.011).[Conclusion]RSV and PIV3 are the major pathogens of acute respiratory virus infection in children, and the detection rate of viruses is closely related to the air PM2.5 concentration, which may increase the incidence of acute respiratory virus infection in children.%目的 分析江门市儿童急性呼吸道病毒感染与空气PM2.5相关性.方法 选取2016年4月1日‐2017年3月31日该院门诊和住院部收治的1000例急性呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,采集鼻咽拭子标本检测其呼吸道病毒病原,同时收集江门市空气PM2.5数据;分析呼吸道病毒感染与空气PM2.5的相关性.结果 共检出呼吸道病毒371例,检出率为37.10%(371/1 000);主要病毒为呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)和副流感病毒3型(PIV3),检出率分别为22.90%(229/1 000)和5.10%(51/1 000),分别占所有检出病毒的61.73%(229/371)和13.75%(51/371);第一、二、三和四季度病毒检出率构成比分别占35.31%(131/371)、10.78%(40/371)、11.86%(44/371)和42.05%(156/371),第一季度病毒检出构成比显著大于第二和第三季度(P <0.001),第四季度病毒检出构成比显著大于第二和第三季度(P <0.001);第一、二、三和四季度空气PM2.5浓度日间值分别为(47±22)μg/m3、(25±11)μg/m3、(30±14)μg/m3和(48±23)μg/m3,第一季度空气PM2.5浓度日间值显著大于第二和第三季度(P <0.05),第四季度空气PM2.5浓度日间值显著大于第二和第三季度(P <0.05);Spearman分析显示,病毒总检出率与空气PM2.5浓度正相关(r=0.741,P =0.013),RSV病毒检出率与空气PM2.5浓度正相关(r =0.706,P =0.019),PIV3病毒检出率与空气PM2.5浓度正相关(r =0.635,P =0.011).结论 RSV和PIV3是儿童急性呼吸道病毒感染的主要病原,空气PM2.5浓度与病毒检出率关系密切,可能增加儿童急性呼吸道病毒感染的发生率.
