Objective: To discuss the informatization of essential medical equipment management in military medical organization, and research the supply mode of essential medical equipment group purchasing agreement in order to improve efficiency and level of equipment management in hospital, save management cost and achieve standardized procurement. Methods: To analyze and optimize the current situation of bidding and purchasing about the military basic medical equipment, and adopt systematic management process for some key points, such as procurement management and so on, in order to achieve each necessary element for meeting the demands of informatization. Results: The results of three aspects (cost, application and maintaining in later period) indicated the centralized purchase for essential medical equipment group procurement could save 10%~15% expenditure compared to individual procurement by various medical organization. Conclusion:The group procurement agreement supply mode can save huge human and material resources for military basic medical equipment purchasing, and reduce work stress for each medical organization. The standardized same kind of essential medical equipments in military group is beneficial for overhaul and maintaining of equipment in later period, and effectively ensure the man-machine binding force, therefore, it has important effect for improving the efficiency and level of management.%目的:探讨军队医疗机构基本医疗设备采购管理环节的信息化,研究为提高医院设备管理效率和水平、节约管理成本以及实现采购的规范化而建立基本医疗设备集团采购协议供货模式.方法:对目前军队基本医疗设备招标采购现状进行分析和优化,采用采购管理等环节系统化管理流程,实现信息化所需要的各个要素.结果:从成本和后期使用操作及维护保养显示,基本医疗设备集团采购可以集中采购量,相比各医疗机构单独采购节省资金约10%~15%.结论:军队基本医疗设备采用集团采购协议供货模式可以节约大量的人力和物力,同时减轻各医疗机构的工作压力;军队集团内同类基本医疗设备标准化,利于后期设备的检修和维护,有效保证人机结合力,对提升管理效率和水平起到重要的作用.
