目的：提高试剂耗材管理的能力和水平，更好地为医学院校教学科研工作提供支撑。方法：运用流程管理理论，通过先进的信息技术手段构建试剂耗材管理平台。结果：基于流程管理的试剂耗材管理平台投入使用并稳定运行。结论：医学院校试剂耗材流程管理可最大限度地节约人力和财力，加快采购速度，有效提高采购效率和采购质量。%Objective: This research aims to improve the management capacity and standard of chemical reagent and consumable materials in better support of the teaching and research of medical college. Methods: On the basis of processing management theory and by employing advanced information technologies, a management platform of chemical reagent and consumable materials is established. Results: As a result, this platform comes into use and operates stably. Conclusion:It is concluded this platform economizes on manpower and material resources to the utmost, speeds up the purchase rate and considerably enhance the purchase efficiency and quality.
