质量控制在手术室安全管理中的应用

         

摘要

Objective: To follow the"patient-centered" principle of service, quality management as the core, the establishment of quality control can be traced back in mechanism to realize continuous quality improvement and standardization of nursing in operating room. Methods: The quality of care was checked based on the framework to determine the quality control teams to develop quality control team and quality control responsibilities of the content in operating room. Special managements were checked by special personnel and project quality control,monthly quality control analysis and corrective measures were set up. However, the core part of quality control should be performed by head nurses. Results: The efficiency of quality control and management in operating room was improved, which will help nurses to develop management ability and can promote the formation of a harmonious care team. Conclusion: The use of quality control and safety management in operating room should be widely applied so that quality, efficient, safe and convenient care can be provided for patients.%目的:遵循"以患者为中心"的服务宗旨,以质量管理为核心,建立质量可追溯机制,持续质量改进,使手术室护理工作规范化。方法:在制定手术室护理质量检查标准基础上,确定质量控制小组管理人员架构,制定质量控制职责及质量控制内容,并采取专人专项管理检查、护士长核心环节控制、项目质量控制、每月质量控制分析及整改等项质量控制措施。结果:实施质量控制提高了手术室工作及管理效益,有利于护士管理能力的培养,并可促进和谐护理团队的形成。结论:将质量控制运用在手术室安全管理中,可以为患者提供优质、高效、安全、便捷的护理服务,值得推广应用。
