目的:通过比较CT和超声对卵巢肿瘤诊断的敏感度和特异性,提高卵巢肿瘤诊断的准确性.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的90例卵巢肿瘤的CT和超声影像资料.结果:卵巢肿瘤CT诊断符合率高于超声.其中卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿、囊腺瘤、成熟性囊性畸胎瘤的CT表现具有特异性.结论:卵巢肿瘤的CT诊断准确性优于超声.%Objective: To improve diagnosis accuracy by comparing CT with Ultrasonography in sensitivity & specificity Methods: The CT and ultrasound images of 90 surgically confirmed cases of ovarian cancer were analyzed.
