消化科护生带教过程中思维导图的运用及意义

         

摘要

目的 探讨思维导图在消化科护生临床带教过程中的运用方法及其意义.方法 收集2016年9~10月进入南通市第二人民医院消化科实习护生82名,按照随机数字表格法分为对照组和实验组,每组各41名.对照组采用口头授课+多媒体演示文稿(PPT)进行授课;实验组采用口头授课+PPT+思维导图授课.授课结束后采用考核及问卷调查方式对教学效果进行评价.结果 教学后,实验组理论、操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组评判性思维能力总分及其中6个维度(除认知成熟度外)得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护生对教学质量的满意度亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 思维导图能有效提高消化科护生理论成绩和技能操作成绩,改善其评判性思维能力及对教学质量的满意度.%Objective To explore the application and significance of mind mapping in the process of clinical teaching in nursing students of the digestive department.Methods A total of 82 nursing students in the digestive department of Nantong Second People's Hospital from September to October 2016 were collected,and divided into the control group and experiment group by random number table,with 41 students in each group.The control group was taught by oral instruction + multimedia presentation (PPT),and the experiment group was taught by oral instruction + PPT + mind mapping.After the end of the teaching,the examination and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results After teaching,the assessment grades of theory and operation in the experiment group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05).The total score and six dimensions (except cognitive maturity) scores of critical thinking ability in the experiment group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students on the quality of teaching in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping can effectively increase the achievement of theory and operation of nursing students in the digestive department,and improve their critical thinking ability and the satisfaction of the quality of teaching.
