目的 探究富自体浓缩生长因子(CGF)纤维蛋白液体联合Bio-Oss骨粉对上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者种植的疗效.方法 选取于2014年12月～2016年2月新疆医科大学附属中医医院收治的85例上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分成观察组(43例)和对照组(42例).观察组采用CGF纤维蛋白液体联合Bio-Oss骨粉种植,对照组采用Bio-Oss骨粉种植,对比两组牙种植成功情况,分别于种植后l、3、6个月测量两组患者种植体唇侧骨厚度、新生骨厚度以及密度的变化情况并作比较分析.结果 术后10d,两组患者伤口愈合良好,种植成功.种植后6个月,两组患者种植体唇侧骨厚度低于种植后1个月(P＜0.05),但各时间点两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).种植后1、3、6个月,观察组新生骨平均厚度及平均骨密度均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),且种植后6个月的值均高于同组内种植后1个月(P＜0.05).结论 CGF纤维蛋白液体联合Bio-Oss骨粉对上前牙缺失伴唇侧骨缺损患者种植疗效较好,能促进新生骨组织生长,提高成骨质量.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of concentrated growth factors (CGF) fibrin liquid combined with BioOss bone meal in the treatment of implantation of anterior teeth missing with labial bone defect.Methods From December 2014 to February 2016,85 patients with anterior teeth missing with labial bone defect admitted to Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (42 cases) by random number table.The observation group was treated with CGF fibrin liquid combined with Bio-Oss bone meal planting,and the control group was treated with BioOss bone meal planting.The success situations of dental implant were compared between the two groups.The change of the thickness of the implant lip lateral bone,the thickness and density of the newborn between the two groups were measured and compared at 1,3 and 6 months after implantation.Results Postoperative 10 days,the wound healing was good and the implantation was successful.The thickness of the implant lip lateral bone at 6 months after planting was lower than 1 month (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).At 1,3,and 6 months after planting,the average thickness and density of the new bone in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the data at 6 months was higher than 1 months (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion CGF fibrin liquid combined with Bio-Oss bone powder has better curative effect on patients with upper anterior teeth defect and labial defect,which can effectively promote the growth of new bone tissue and improve bone quality.
