目的 探讨药学管理对合理用药的影响.方法 系统性回顾分析2013年4月～2015年5月韩城市人民医院加强药学管理措施前后开具的处方,依据是否实施药学管理措施进行分组,2013年4月～2014年4月未实施药学管理措施作为对照组,2014年5月～2015年5月实施药学管理措施作为观察组.采用分层抽样方式,抽每月1、11、21日门诊的患者,随机方式选取加强药学管理措施前后的处方各200张,然后调阅分析开具的处方.结果 观察组处方用药不合理发生率(10.5％)低于对照组(60.5％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组处方用药不适宜性事件发生率(5.0％)低于对照组(52.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者处方用药满意度(99.0％)高于对照组(80.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论 加强药学管理可以明显降低处方用药不合理发生率,提高使用药物过程中的合理性和适宜性,值得推广应用.%Objective To discuss the influence of pharmacy administration on rational drug use.Methods The prescriptions in Hancheng People's Hospital before and after pharmacy administration from April 2013 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to whether implementing the pharmacy administration.Prescriptions in the control gorup were not implemented the pharmacy administration from April 2013 to April 2014.Prescriptions in the observation group were implemented the pharmacy administration from May 2014 to May 2015.Stratified sampling method was used to collect patients in Outpatient Clinic at 1st,1 1th,21th days per month.200 prescriptions before and after pharmacy administration were selected randomly and analyzed.Results The irrational prescription rate of the observation group (10.5％) was lower than that of the control group (60.5％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05).The inappropriate prescription rate of the observation group (5.0％) was lower than that of the control group (52.0％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The prescription satisfaction of the observation group (99.0％) was higher than that of the control group (80.0％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The pharmacy administration can decrease irrational prescription rate,increase rationality and suitability in drug application.It is worthy of application.
