Objective To describe a new model of acute stroke treatment created by the Department of Neurology,the General Hospital of PLA and the Emergency Department of Lingshui Central Hospital of Hainan Province,and in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of acute stroke in remote areas of China.Methods A total of 98 patients were performed thrombolytic therapy in Lingshui County Central Hospital from December 2014 to December 2016.The data were compared with the results of a monitoring study (SITS-MOST) of thrombolytic safety of alteplase in acute stroke.Results In all of the enrolled patients,50 patients (51.0％) had favorable prognosis,7 patients (8.0％) had partial improvement,and 41 patients (42.0％) showed no improvement in clinical symptoms or disease progression.The results were compared with European databases,and there was no significant difference between them.Conclusion The patients with acute ischemic stroke can obtain feasible and safe thrombolytic therapy in the local hospital.%目的 通过分析解放军总医院海南分院神经内科与海南省陵水县中心医院创造的急性缺血性卒中治疗新模式,为偏远地区急性脑卒中溶栓治疗提供一种新流程.方法 选取2014年12月～2016年12月于陵水县中心医院应用阿替普酶行静脉溶栓治疗的98名患者进行分析,同时将所得数据与阿替普酶急性卒中溶栓安全应用的监测研究(SITS-MOST)实验结果进行比较.结果 收录98名患者中50人(51.0％)有良好预后,7人(8.0％)症状有部分改善,剩余41人(42.0％)显示临床症状没有任何好转或病情进展,并将患者神经功能缺损、影像学检查、死亡率等指标与SITS-MOST实验结果进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 急性缺血性脑卒中患者可于发病地区医院获得可行的、安全的溶栓治疗.
