目的 观察右归丸联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺功能减退症的临床效果.方法 选取2015年6月～2016年6月北京中医药大学第三附属医院接诊的甲状腺功能减退症患者中100例作为研究对象,并通过随机、双盲、对照原则将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50例.对照组接受左甲状腺素钠片治疗,试验组在此基础上加用右归丸治疗,持续给药3个月.比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及甲状腺功能指标.结果 试验组总有效率(94.0％)明显高于对照组(80.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量均较治疗前显著降低,血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲腺原氨酸(FT4)均较治疗前显著升高,且试验组治疗后TSH含量明显低于对照组,FT3、FT4含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将右归丸联合左甲状腺素钠片应用于甲状腺功能减退症的治疗中,在增加治疗总有效率的同时也改善了患者甲状腺激素水平,效果显著,值得推广.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yougui Pills combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods One hundred cases of patients with hypothyroidism treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random,double blind,control principle,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,on basis of which,the experimental group received Yougui Pills.Three months later,the clinical curative effect,scores of TCM syndrome and indexes of thyroid function between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group (94.0％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0％),the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the contents of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the contents of serum free triiodothyronine three (FT3) and free triiodothyronine four (FF4) were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the content of TSH in the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the contents of FT3 and FT4 were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Yougui Pills combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism can not only increase the treatment efficiency but also improve the thyroid function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
