护理质量控制体系前移管理的应用效果分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨护理质量控制体系前移化管理的应用效果。方法选择重庆市云阳县人民医院2012年1月~2013年12月在职护理人员60名为研究对象,实施护理质量控制体系前移化管理,对前移措施实施前(2012年1~12月)及前移措施实施后(2013年1~12月)的病房管理、基础护理、急救物品、消毒隔离、护理文书等指标进行比较;采用职业倦怠量表(MBI)对护理工作进行自我评价。结果前移措施实施前的基础护理、病房管理、急救物品、消毒隔离、护理文书等指标评分[(92.59±0.43)、(91.79±2.02)、(95.28±2.27)、(91.22±3.07)、(91.92±2.44)分]均低于前移措施实施后[(97.39±0.54)、(98.42±2.18)、(99.26±1.19)、(98.79±1.30)、(98.73±2.10)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。前移措施实施后护理人员的情绪消耗、去个体化评分[(11.65±3.74)、(8.94±2.61)分]低于前移措施实施前[(19.61±7.90)、(15.34±5.63)分],成就感降低评分[(39.40±9.82)分]高于前移措施实施前[(28.68±7.74)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护理质量控制体系前移化管理的实施,提高了临床护理工作的质量,提升了护理人员的工作认可度,值得临床推广应用。%Objective To discuss the application effect on forward management of nursing quality control system. Methods 60 in-service nursing staffs in People’s Hospital of Yunyang County in Chonqing City from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and executed with nursing quality control system forward management. The nursing qual-ity control program of ward management, basic nursing, first aid materials, disinfection-isolation, nursing document be-tween before the implement of forward management (January to December 2012) and after the implement of forward management (January to December 2013) were evaluated and compared; the MBI scale was used in self evaluation of nursing work. Results The scores of ward management, basic nursing, first aid materials, disinfection-isolation, nursing document before the implement of forward management [(92.59±0.43), (91.79±2.02), (95.28±2.27), (91.22±3.07), (91.92±2.44) points] were all lower than that after the implement of forward management [(97.39±0.54), (98.42±2.18), (99.26±1.19), (98.79±1.30), (98.73±2.10) points], the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The scores of emo-tion exhaustion and deindividuation before the implement of forward management [(11.65±3.74), (8.94±2.61) points] were all lower than that after the implement of forward management [(19.61±7.90), (15.34±5.63) points], the score of di-minishment of personal accomplishment before the implement of forward management [(39.40±9.82) points] was higher than that after the implement of forward management [(28.68±7.74) points], the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of forward management of nursing quality control system improve the quality of clinical nursing work, promote the job acceptance rate of the nursing staff recognition, it is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
