摘要:Objective: Used in the operating room nursing care intervention, to observe and analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention.Methods: The surgery of 68 cases of patients, according to random number table method should be grouped into control group and intervention group. The control group routine nursing; Intervention group in the control group implementation of nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care. The results of two groups of patients with heart rate and arterial blood pressure and psychological anxiety, intervention group is better than that of control group (P < 0.05); The cooperation and nursing intervention group patients satisfaction is better than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:in the operating room, the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with surgery, patients can effectively reduce anxiety condition, improve patient satisfaction and cooperation degree, to promote the operation smoothly.%目的:在手术室护理工作中应用护理干预,观察和分析其护理干预的临床效果。方法此次进行手术的68例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分组为对照组和干预组。对照组实施常规护理;干预组在对照组常规护理基础上实施护理干预。结果两组患者的心率和动脉血压以及心理焦虑比较,干预组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者的配合程度和护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室中,对手术患者实施护理干预,能够有效地降低患者焦虑等情况,提高患者满意度和配合度,促进手术顺利进行。
摘要:Objective:To explore the application process and effect of detail service in CT and nuclear magnetic chamber.Methods:To analyze the physical condition and design service fiow of patients with CT and nuclear magnetic field, and to provide a detailed service from two aspects of the patients’ physical condition and the design service fiow.Results:The patients were able to accept and cooperate with the examination and reduce the anxiety before examination, and to improve the quality of nursing service.Conclusion:For CT, nuclear magnetic examination patients to give details of services, strengthen communication with patients, from the examination before the examination to pay attention to every detail, to create a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, improve quality of care.%目的:探究细节服务在CT、核磁室的应用流程及效果。方法对CT、核磁室患者提供人性化的服务,分别从观察患者的身体状态、设计服务流程两个方面进行分析,从检查前到检查后为患者提供细化服务。结果经过细节化的服务患者能够平静稳定地接受并配合检查,减轻了患者检查前的焦虑心理,提高了优质护理服务质量。结论对于CT、核磁室检查患者给予细节服务,加强与患者的沟通交流,从检查前到检查后注重每一个细节,营造和谐的医患关系,提高优质护理质量。
