Objective To study and compare the effect of four different kinds treatments on roughness of dental ceram-ics:porcelain glazing, surface polishing, glazing and porcelain glazing after polishing. Methods Twenty-eight dental ce-ramic samples were fabricated and randomly divided into 4 groups, which were treated by surface polishing, porcelain glazing, porcelain glazing after polishing and glazing separately respectively, with 7 samples in each group. Roughness values of the samples were measured and analyzed. Results The roughness values of porcelain glazing group was (0.247±0.009) μm, the roughness values of surface polishing group was (0.301±0.008) μm, the roughness values of glazing group was (0.303±0.007) μm and the roughness values of porcelain glazing after polishing group was (0.302±0.007) μm. The roughness values of porcelain glazing group was compared with those of the other groups, the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05);however, the roughness values of glazing group was compared with that of porcelain glazing after polishing group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the roughness values of polishing group was compared with those of glazing group and porcelain glazing after polishing group, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between porcelain glazing af-ter polishing and surface polishing on dental ceramics surface after grinding; there is significant difference between porcelain glazing and glazing on dental ceramics surface after grinding.%目的：比较釉瓷上釉、表面抛光、自身上釉、抛光后釉瓷上釉4种不同的方法研磨后的牙科陶瓷表面粗糙度的影响。方法制作28个牙科陶瓷试件,随机分成4组,分别采用釉瓷上釉法、表面抛光法、抛光后釉瓷上釉法、自身上釉法对表面进行处理,每组各7个试件。测量4组试件的表面粗糙度值,并对测量出的各组试件的表面粗糙度值进行统计学分析。结果釉瓷上釉组所测粗糙度值为(0.247±0.009)μm,表面抛光组所测粗糙度值为(0.301±0.008)μm,自身上釉组所测粗糙度值为(0.303±0.007)μm,抛光后釉瓷上釉组所测粗糙度值为(0.302±0.007)μm。自身上釉组、表面抛光组、抛光后釉瓷上釉组与釉瓷上釉组的表面粗糙度值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；自身上釉组与抛光后釉瓷上釉组表面粗糙度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；表面抛光组与自身上釉组、抛光后釉瓷上釉组表面粗糙度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙科陶瓷表面研磨后采用抛光后釉瓷上釉法和表面抛光法后对陶瓷表面性状无影响,牙科陶瓷表面研磨后采用釉瓷上釉法和自身上釉法对表面性状影响较大。
