Objective To study the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing intervention in climacteric patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy. Methods A total of 104 cases of climacteric patients treated in the First People's Hospital of Yongkang City were selected from January to December 2013, and randomly divided into two groups, each group had 52 cases. The control group was given basic nursing measures, and on the basic of the control group, the ob-servation group was given psychological nursing intervention. The total scores of PSQI, SAS and SDS were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention. Results The total PSQI score of the observation group was lower after nursing intervention than that before nursing intervention (P< 0.05). After nursing intervention, the total PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower after nursing intervention than those before nursing intervention (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Actively implementing psychological nursing intervention can improve the effects of cardiovascular interventional therapy in climacteric patients, which can help patients recover as soon as pos-sible. It is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.%目的：研究心理护理干预对更年期心血管介入治疗患者的临床效果。方法选择2013年1~12月来浙江省永康市第一人民医院治疗的更年期心血管介入患者104例，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各52例。对照组采取基础护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)，并对两组患者的焦虑抑郁程度进行评价。结果干预后观察组患者的PSQI总分与干预前比较明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组干预后的PSQI总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者的焦虑抑郁程度与干预前比较明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且观察组干预后的焦虑抑郁程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预的积极实施可有效提高更年期心血管介入治疗患者的临床效果，有利于患者尽快康复，值得临床推广应用。
