目的：探讨连花清瘟胶囊联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法选择临海市桃渚中心卫生院内科门诊确诊为急性上呼吸道感染患者364例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各182例。对照组给予利巴韦林泡腾颗粒口服，0.15 g/次，3次/d，连用3 d；治疗组采用连花清瘟胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d；利巴韦林气雾剂，首次使用1h内喷4次，2~3揿/次，以后每隔1h喷1次，2~3揿/次，2d以后4次/d，2~3揿/次，连用3d。两组5d后评价疗效。结果治疗组显效141例，有效34例，无效7例，有效率为96.2%；对照组显效89例，有效69例，无效24例，有效率为86.8%，两组治疗效果比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组热退时间为(2.41±1.15)d，咳嗽消失时间为(3.13±1.39)d，流涕消失时间为(2.29±1.34)d，咽部充血消失时间为(3.58±1.37)d；对照组热退时间为(3.16±1.07)d，咳嗽消失时间为(4.25±1.32)d，流涕消失时间为(3.46±1.18)d，咽部充血消失时间为(4.36±1.26)d，两组临床症状比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论连花清瘟胶囊联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染效果确切，值得推广应用。%Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with Ribavirin Aerosol in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 364 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection in the outpatient department of Internal Medicine in Taozhu Central Hospital of Linhai City were randomly di-vided into control group (n=182) and treatment group (n=182). Patients in control group were taken Ribavirin Effer-vescent Granules, three times daily on 3 successive days. Patients in treatment group were taken Lianhua Qingwen Capsule by four tablet three times daily and Ribavirin Aerosol sprayed four times an hour and 2-3 presses per time, then sprayed once every hour and 2-3 presses per time, then two days later, prayed four times a day and 2-3 presses per time, 3 successive days, and therapeutic effects in both groups were evaluated after 5 days. Results In the treat-ment group, 141 cases were remarkably effective, 34 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 96.2%; while in the control group, 89 cases were remarkably effective, 69 cases were effective and 24 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 86.8%, there was a significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.01). In the treatment group, the fever annealing time was (2.41±1.15) days, cough disappearance time was (3.13±1.39) days, runny nose disappearance time was (2.29±1.34) days, and pharyngeal congestion disappearance time was (3.58±1.37) days, while in the control group, the fever annealing time was (3.16±1.07) days, cough disappearance time was (4.25±1.32) days, runny nose disappearance time was (3.46±1.18) days, and pharyngeal congestion disappear-ance time was (4.36±1.26) days, there were significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.01). Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with Ribavirin Aerosol in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection, and it deserves popularization and application.
