Objective To analyze the role of LEEP knife conization treating early cervical, and explore the most effec-tive comprehensive care plan. Methods From August 2012 to August 2013, in Tumor Hospital of Liaoning Province, 42 patients with CIN2, CIN3 were selected, all patients were given LEEP knife cervical conization. According to the digi-tal meter random method were divided into observation group and control group, with 21 cases in each group. The ob-servation group were given comprehensive care, while the control group were given routine nursing care. The intranper-ative and postoperative effect of two groups were compared. Results The effect of intraoperative, operation time of the observation group [(4.8±0.7) min], operation defective rate (0.0%) were better than those of the control group [(7.1±0.9) min, 19.0%], the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The postoperative effect, postoperative complications rate of the observation group (4.8%) was less than that of the control group (23.8%), the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The surgical success rate, cure rate of two groups were high, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The cervical conization is an effective measures treating early cervical cancer, in or-der to ensure the prognosis effect, it still needs carry out the positive and effective comprehensive nursing.%目的：分析LEEP刀锥形切除术治疗早期宫颈癌的作用，并探讨最为有效的综合护理方案。方法以2012年8月~2013年8月辽宁省肿瘤医院收治的42例宫颈上皮内瘤变CIN2、CIN3患者为研究对象，所有患者均通过LEEP刀行宫颈锥形切除术，按数字表随机法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各21例。观察组患者在围术期开展综合护理，而对照组患者在围术期开展常规护理，比较两组患者术中术后效果。结果术中效果对比显示，观察组患者手术时间[(4.8±0.7)min]、手术配合不良率(0.0豫)明显优于对照组[(7.1±0.9)min、19.0豫]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术效果，观察组术后并发症率(4.8豫)明显低于对照组(23.8豫)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术成功率、疾病治愈率均较高，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈锥形切除术是治疗早期宫颈癌的有效措施，然而为了保证预后效果，仍需要开展积极有效的综合护理。
