骨科术后护理对患者疼痛满意度的影响

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the orthopaedic postoperative nursing effects on patients' pain satisfaction. Methods 200 cases of patients with fracture and surgery from January 2012 to June 2013 in the 463rd Hospital of PLA, were randomly divided into control group and nursing group, according to random number table method, 100 cases in each group, control group was given conventional intervention, nursing group was given high quality nursingin on the basis of the control group, the patients' pain and patients' satisfaction on pain management were tested. Results The current pain level, pain degree, the past 24 hours before the operation pain, preoperative expectations of postoperative pain be-tween two groups all had statistically significant differences (all P< 0.01). The satisfaction degree of patients to pain treatment, patients the analgesic effect in hospital, post-operative patients to relieving pain in fully satisfied, satisfied, not satisfied, completely dissatisfied of the two groups all had statistical significant differences (all P< 0.01). Conclu-sion The different nursing service demand, combined with"people-oriented"nursing mode, giving nursing measures for patients with fracture surgery, can effectively improve patient satisfaction.%目的:评价骨科术后护理对患者疼痛满意度的影响。方法选择自2012年1月~2013年6月,对解放军第四六三医院住院并接受骨折而手术患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及护理组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规干预,护理组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理,测试患者的疼痛程度和患者对疼痛管理的满意度。结果两组当前疼痛、过去24 h疼痛、术前疼痛及术前对术后的预期疼痛比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。患者对疼痛治疗方式、住院期间疼痛照顾、术后止痛效果的护理满意度完全满意、满意、不满意、完全不满意两组差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论针对护理服务需求的不同,结合以“以人为本”护理模式,给予骨折手术患者有针对的护理措施,可有效地提高患者的满意度。
