目的 观察医护联合查房在泌尿外科中经尿道前列腺电切除术患者中的应用效果,探讨寻找提高临床护理人员的护理质量和工作满意度的方法.方法 按照入院时间顺序,将海南省农垦那大医院拟行经尿道前列腺电切除术的 65例患者分为对照组(30例)和观察组(35例).对照组患者采用常规的医护分开查房,观察组则组成医护联合查房诊疗组进行联合查房,观察和比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况,责任护士对两组患者病情掌握情况以及满意度.结果 两组患者在术后并发症总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05),观察组术后并发症发生较对照组减少,且观察组责任护士对患者疾病诊断及依据、阳性检查结果、诊疗方案及步骤、护理措施及目的 、满意度等方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05),表明通过医护联合查房可有效提高责任护士对患者病情掌握,提高护理满意度.结论 医护联合查房在泌尿外科中经尿道前列腺电切除术患者中的应用效果较好.%Objective To observe the application of union ward rounds by doctors and nurses on the patients with Transurethral resection of the prostate electricity, then discuss the method of improving the nursing-quality and satisfaction.Methods According to the admission time sequence, 65 patients who would take transurethral resection of the prostate electricity in Hainan Nongken-nada Hospital were divided into control group (30 patients) and the observation group (35 patients).The control group was treated by conventional medical and separated ward inspection, while the observation group was inspected by the union rounds of doctors and nurses.The postoperative complications, the patient's conditions mastered by nurse and satisfaction of two groups were observed.Results The postoperative complications of observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the nurses of observation group mastered more patients' conditions, its nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The ward inspection carried by medical joint nursing on the patients with transurelhral resection of the prostate electricity has good effects.
