目的 观察皮下埋置式(subcutaneous implantable delivery system,SIDS)动脉化疗应用于颌骨骨肉瘤的临床效果.方法 复习2009年5月～2011年10月治疗的4例颌骨骨肉瘤患者的临床资料.随访1年以上,根据患者临床症状及影像学改变评价化疗疗效.结果 4例患者均采用颈动脉SIDS化疗,其中3例为上颌骨骨肉瘤,1例为下颌骨骨肉瘤,患者自觉疼痛减轻,其中3例有影像学改变;3例影像学改变明显的患者行手术治疗.结论 颈动脉SIDS化疗对颌骨骨肉瘤效果显著,值得推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intra-arterial chemotherapy by subcutaneous implanlable delivery system (SIDS) in the treatment of mandible osteosarcoma.Methods 4 patients diagnosed as mandible osteosarcoma from May 2009 to October 2011 were selected; all the patients were followed-up more than 1 year, the chemotherapy outcome was evaluated by clinical symptom and imaging changes.Results 4 patients were treated with SIDS intra-carotid chemotherapy including 3 cases of maxilla osteosarcoma and 1 cease of mandible osteosarcoma.The symptoms such as the pain was relieved, 3 cases were found with apparent imaging changes.3 patients with apparent imaging changes were treated with operation.Conclusion The efficacy of the intra-carotid in treating the mandible os-leosarcoma is excellent, it is worthy of promotion.
