健康素养教育对慢性病患者自护能力和生存质量的影响研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨健康素养教育对慢性病患者自护能力和生存质量的影响.方法 将济宁医学院附属医院200例慢性病患者按抛硬币分组法随机分为研究组(100例)和对照组(100例).对照组按普通护理,接受一般性健康教育,干预组实施系统性健康素养教育,干预时间为4周,干预前后,采用《2009中国公民健康素养调查问卷》、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)和健康问卷(SF-36)评定两组患者健康素养水平和生存质量.结果 干预前,两组健康素养和ESCA、SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后,干预组健康素养和ESCA、SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(均P< 0.01).结论 健康素养教育能够帮助慢性病患者提高自我护理能力,改善生存质量,促进身心康复.%Objective To explore the effect the health literacy education affected Self-nursing ability and the quality of life of the patients with chronic.Methods 200 patients with chronic were divided into the study group (100 cases)and comtrol group (100 cases) by the flip a coin grouping method of grouping.The control group was given the general nursing,received general health education,the study group was given the systematicness health literacy education,the intervention time last for 4 weeks,Before and after intervention,the level health literacy and life quality of the patients of two groups were evaluated by Chinese citizens health literacy questionnaire and ESCA,SF-36.Results Before inter vention,the scores of health literacy and ESCA,SF-36 of the two groups were not obviously different (P > 0.05),after intervention,the scores of health literacy and ESCA,SF-36 of the study group were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion Health literacy education can help the patients with chronic improve self-nursing ability and life quality,promote mind and body rehabilitation.
