Micro RNA (miRNAs) is a kind of endogenous non-coding single-stranded nucleotide small molecule RNA and regulates the expression of targeted gene at the post-transcriptial level,by which playing important roles in the occurrence,progress and prediction of many diseases.The recent studies revealed the closely association between miRNA and gastric cancer occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis.Moreover,single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in miRNAs has significant influence on its function,and correlation between SNP of miRNA and tumorigenesis has become the one focuses of cancer epidemiology research.In this study,the recent studies are reviewed related SNP in miRNAs with gastric cancer and the potential research directions are prospected.%微小RNA(miRNAs)是一类内源性非编码单链核苷酸小分子RNA,能在转录后水平对靶基因的表达进行调控,这种特异的基因表达调控方式对疾病的发生、发展及预后都起着重要的作用.近年研究发现miRNAs与胃癌的发生、发展、治疗及预后密切相关,而且miRNAs内单核苷酸多态性(SNP)对其功能的发挥具有重要影响,因此miRNAs的SNP与肿瘤发生的相关性成为肿瘤分子流行病学的研究热点之一.本文就近年来与胃癌相关的miRNAs及SNP的研究进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望.
