RP-HPLC法测定光石韦中芒果苷的含量

         

摘要

Objective To establish a determination method of Mangiferin in Folium pyrrosiae calvatae. Methods RP-HPLC was used with Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mmx250.0 mm, 5 μm) as analytical column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (13:87). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was at 318 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0-2.136 μg for Mangiferin. The average recovery was 104.24% with RSD = 0.86% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, which can be applied to quality control of Folium pyrrosiae calvatae.%目的 建立光石韦中芒果苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13∶87),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为318 nm.结果 芒果苷在0~2.136 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为104.24%,RSD = 0.86%(n = 6).结论 本方法灵敏、准确,可作为光石韦的质量控制标准.
