The study of cooperation between medical higher vocational college and enterprise integrates the channel alliance theory of Marketing, and considers that college and enterprise's channel alliance is the best organization frame for the zero distance's linking between medical higher vocational college's graduations and employers. During building the mechanism of college and enterprise's channel alliance, the study introduces synergy science theory. And the study considers that alliance mechanism construction is the alliance synergistic mechanism construction.
