摘要:通过对结构件整体镗孔工艺系统进行分析,找出刀具磨损较快的原因。设计新的连接头,调整切削参数,在保证生产效率的前提下,减少了刀具的损坏,为公司节约了成本。%In this paper,we find out the reason for the tool wearing too fast through analysis of the structures boring process sys-tem. On the premise of guarantee the production efficiency, we design a new connection and adjust cutting parameters, reduce the damage to the cutter, save the cost for the company.
摘要:The thesis analyzes the design and assembly difficulty with two aspects in details. It proposes the corresponding solu-tion from the perspective of practical production,combined with special structure and technical requirements. It sums up the suit-able assembly process and adjustment scheme, and also accumulated valuable assembling experience for the type of gas turbine.%针对M701DA型燃气轮机的总装台位设计和装配难点两方面进行了详细分析,从实际生产角度出发,结合机组特殊结构和技术要求,提出了相应的解决方案,总结出适合该机型机组的装配流程和调整方案,为该类型燃气轮机的装配积累了宝贵经验。
