通过对结构件整体镗孔工艺系统进行分析，找出刀具磨损较快的原因。设计新的连接头，调整切削参数，在保证生产效率的前提下，减少了刀具的损坏，为公司节约了成本。%In this paper,we find out the reason for the tool wearing too fast through analysis of the structures boring process sys-tem. On the premise of guarantee the production efficiency, we design a new connection and adjust cutting parameters, reduce the damage to the cutter, save the cost for the company.
