超临界CO2流体萃取华凤仙挥发油成分分析研究

         

摘要

目的 分析华凤仙药材挥发油化学成分,为进一步研究其化学成分提供理论参考.方法 采用二氧化碳超临界萃取法(SFE-CO2)提取华凤仙挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析鉴定其化学成分,用面积归一化法确定其相对含量.结果在华凤仙药材挥发油中,共检出52个化合物,鉴定了其中27个化合物.含量较高的为正二十六烷、正十六烷酸乙酯等.结论 本研究为首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对凤仙药材挥发油进行成分分析,该结果 快捷、简便,为进一步研究该药材的化学成分提供参考.%Objective To analyze the essential oils from Impatiens chinensis, in order to provide theoretical reference for the further research of its chemical composition. Methods The essential oils from Impatiens chinensis were extracted by SFE- CO2, analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The components were calculated with normalization method. Results 52 compounds were checked, and 27 compounds were identified. Relatively high content of compounds were N-hexacosane, Palmitic acid ethyl ester, etc. Conclusion This paper is the first time to analyze the components of the essential oils extracted from Impatiens chinensis by GC-MS. The method is a simple and accurate method, and provides a reference for further study of the chemical composition of herbs.
