忍冬藤中环烯醚萜苷成分含量测定及制备方法

         

摘要

目的 分析忍冬藤中马钱子苷及当药苷含量,研究环烯醚萜苷类成分的制备结果.方法 建立马钱子苷及当药苷含量HPLC测定结果 ,分析不同产地及采收时间药材中两种成分的含量差异,比较溶剂法及大孔树脂法两种结果 富集环烯醚萜苷类成分.结果 HPLC法测定含量结果 准确,马钱子苷和当药苷的平均回收率分别为100.6%、99.8%,含量分别为1.5%、2.6%;且从秋季到冬季有逐渐减少的趋势;不同产地间含量有差别,以湖南、湖北两地较高;大孔树脂法富集环烯醚萜苷类成分,马钱子苷和当药苷的转移率分别为47.23%和62.35%,纯度分别为8.88%和17.72%,较溶剂萃取法好.结论 不同产地及采收时间的忍冬藤中两种环烯醚萜苷类成分有一定差异,并以秋季采收最佳;大孔树脂法富集忍冬藤中环烯醚萜苷类较好.%Objective To analyze loganin and sweroside contents in Caulis Lonicerae and study preparation method of lo-ganin and sweroside. Methods A method of HPLC was developed for determination of loganin and sweroside. The content differences of the two component were analyzed, which were came from different producing area and harvesting time. The solvent extraction method and macroporous resin method were compared for enrichment of iridoid glycosides. Results HPLC method was accurate. Loganin and sweroside by the average recovery rate were 100.6%, 99.8% respectively. The contents were 1.5% and 2.6% respectively. From autumn to winter, the content had a decreasing trend. Different areas had different content, the highest content were Hubei and Hu'nan. Through macroporous resin preconcentration of iridoid glycosides, transfer rates of loganin and sweroside were 47.23% and 62.35%, purity were 8.88% and 17.72%. Macroporous resin was better than solvent method. Conclusion In different producing areas and harvest time, the content of loganin and sweroside in Caulis Lonicerae have certain differences, and the harvest time of autumn is best. Macroporous resin purification of iridoid glycoside is better.
