Objective To study the influence of family intervention for the comprehensive state of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 86 children with hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital from March 2009 to November 2011 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group, the children of control group were given routine family nursing intervention by the parents, the chirdern of control group were given family nursing intervention by the parents after accepting the knowledge education and professional training, then the intake time, fever subsided time, pain degree of intake, compliance of treatment and nursing and quality of life before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The intake time and fever subsided time of observation group were both shorter than those of control group, pain degree of intake, compliance of treatment and nursing and quality of life were all better than those of control group, there were all significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The family intervention plays an active influence for the life and treatment state of children with hand-foot-mouth disease, and it should be paid to enough attention.%目的 探讨家庭干预对手足口病患儿综合状态的影响.方法 选取2009年3月～2011年11月的86例手足口病患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例,对照组患儿家长给予其常规的家庭护理干预,而观察组患儿家长则在接受相关的知识宣教和培训后再进行家庭护理干预,然后将两组患儿的发热消退时间及干预前后的进食时间、进食时疼痛程度、治疗护理依从性和生存质量进行比较.结果 观察组进食时间、发热消退时间均短于对照组,进食时疼痛程度、治疗护理依从性和生存质量评估结果均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 家庭干预对手足口病患儿的生活和治疗状态均有积极的影响,应给予足够的重视.
