目的 探讨个性化护理模式在老年肿瘤患者放射治疗护理中应用的效果.方法 选择老年放射治疗肿瘤患者128例,将患者随机分为研究组及对照组各64例,对照组患者接受传统的常规临床护理,实验组老年患者在常规护理的基础上实施个性化护理模式及干预措施.观察并比较两组老年肿瘤患者放疗前及放疗后焦虑自评量表评分及抑郁自评量表评分、放疗后2周护理服务满意度.结果 实验组及对照组老年患者在放疗前均有不同程度的抑郁及焦虑,实验组及对照组经过在院期间的护理均有一定的改善,但实验组SAS及SDS评分与对照组相比改善得更显著(P < 0.05).放疗后2周两组护理服务满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).个性化护理模式在老年肿瘤患者放射治疗护理中的应用使老年肿瘤患者焦虑及抑郁症状明显改善,护理服务满意度明显提高.结论 在老年肿瘤患者放射治疗护理中应用个性化护理模式可以改善老年患者焦虑及抑郁症状,有效提高护理服务满意度.%Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitation nursing interventions to restore limb function and daily living skills in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 112 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly, there were 56 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were treated with routine care, while patients in the intervention group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing interventions. The recovery of limb function, modified Barthel index and quality of life improvement of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the patient's cure rate, markedly effective rate, the total effective rate were significantly improved, while progress and invalid rates were significantly reduced, there were significant differences (P < 0.05). Compared with control group, The patient's strength, hand function, mobility, daily living skills, memory and thinking, communication, emotional, social participation item scores were significantly improved, there were significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing interventions has a positive and practical significance for the improvement of the recovery of limb function and daily living skills in patients with cerebral infarction.
