目的 探讨舒肝和胃颗粒对氨水致慢性浅表性胃炎大鼠的治疗作用.方法 将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、舒肝和胃颗粒低、中、高剂量组及三九胃泰组,采用大鼠饮用0.02%氨水90 d,制作大鼠慢性浅表性胃炎动物模型.用HE染色,光镜观察胃黏膜的病理变化;采用硝酸还原酶法检测血液一氧化氮(NO)含量及免疫组化检测胃黏膜环氧化酶-2(COX-2)阳性表达.结果 舒肝和胃颗粒低、中、高剂量组能减轻氨致慢性浅表性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜的病理性损伤,降低血清NO含量,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);高剂量组能明显降低COX-2阳性表达,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).舒肝和胃颗粒各剂量组和三九胃泰组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05) 结论舒肝和胃颗粒可明显减轻攻击因子对胃黏膜的损伤和炎症反应,保护胃黏膜.%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Shuganhewei Granule for treating chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Sixty rats of Wister were divided into different dosage groups of control group, Shuganhewei model group with low, middle, high dose and Sanjiuweitai Capsule group. 0.02%NH3H2O was used to establish rats model of the chronic surfacial gastritis by drink freely. The pathological changes of chronic superficial gastritis was tested by HE colors; the content of nitric oxide synthase was tested by using nitrate reductase and the positive rate of cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression was tested by immunohisochemistry in chronic superficial gastritis model. Results Shuganhewei Granule on obvious therapeutic action of treatment chronic superficial gastritis was obviously. It could lighten the pathological changes of chronic superficial gastritis. Different dosage groups and model group inflammatory cell invasion had significantly different (P < 0.05). The positive rate of cyclooxygenase-2 protein expressio in chronic superficial gastritis, there were significantly differences in high of dosage group and model group (P < 0.05). There were no difference between the Sanjiuweitai group and different dosage groups of Shuganhewei Granule (P > 0.05). Conclusion Shuganhewei Granule can obviously lighten attack factors on gastric mucosa damage and inflammation and protect gastric mucosa.
