目的 通过对门诊处方的点评,旨在了解我院门诊处方的用药情况及存在的问题.方法 随机抽取2011年1～12月的门诊普通成人西药处方(不包括毒、麻及精神类处方)1 200张,按照<医院处方评价管理规范(试行)>要求点评,并进行统计分析.结果 不合理处方共273张,不合理率为22.75%,其中包含书写不规范处方167张及用药不适宜处方106张.结论 我院门诊用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,临床药师应协助医师做好合理用药工作,减少不合理处方的发生率.%Objective To understand the situation of drug using and problems in our hospital by reviewing the out-patient prescriptions. Methods 1 200 western medicine prescriptions of adults (without including drug, hemp and psychotropic prescriptions) in out-patients from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly selected, and then evaluated in accordance with hospital prescription evaluate management practices (trial). Meanwhile, the results were analyzed statistically. Results There were 273 unreasonable prescriptions, including 167 non-standard writing ones and 106 unsuitable drug use ones, which accounts for 22.75 percent of all the prescriptions. Conclusion The out-patient drug use in our hospital is rational on the whole, but certain problems still exist. So clinical pharmacists should help physicians to make rational use of drugs, in order to reduce the incidence of substandard prescription.
