低酚酸银杏叶茶的制备

         

摘要

Objective: To study the preparation of teas of Ginkgo biloba in low ginkgolic acid. Methods: Low ginkgolic acid teas were made of leaves of Cingko biloba by selection, wash, dry, pulverization and supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. Results: The teas kept efficacious components and reduced the content of ginkgolic acid. Conclusion: The process is suitable for manufacturing scale.%目的:研究低酚酸银杏叶茶的制备工艺.方法:市售银杏叶经过净选、洗净、烘干、粉碎及超临界二氧化碳萃取等工序可制备出低酚酸的银杏茶.结果:制得的银杏茶既保持有效成分,又降低了银杏酚酸的含量.结论:本工艺简便易行,具有可行性.
