目的:观察温针灸配合温阳通痹中药治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效.方法:选择120例退行性膝关节炎患者纳入观察,将其随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例).治疗组给予温针灸配合温阳通痹中药口服,对照组予温阳通痹中药口服.疗程均为14 d.结果:经治疗,治疗组临床治愈13例,显效23例,有效17例,总有效率为88.3%;对照组临床治愈6例,显效18例,有效19例,总有效率为71.7%.治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:温针灸配合温阳通痹中药治疗退行性膝关节炎疗效确切,值得临床推广使用.%Objective: To observe the effect of warm needling with herbal of wanning yang for relaxing numbness in the treatment of retrogressive gonarthritis. Methods: 120 patients with retrogressive gonarthritis had been collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 60 cases. The treatment group was given warm needling with herbal of warming yang for relaxing numbness; the control group was given herbal of wanning yang and relaxing numbness only. Course of treatments was 14 days. Results: After treatment, the treatment group got clinical cure 13 cases, effective were 23 cases, the total effective rate was 88.3％; the control group got 6 cases clinical cure, effective were 18 cases, the total effective rate was 71.7％. Curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group, there was significant difference in the comparison of two groups (ρ＜0.05). Conclusion: Warm needling with herbal of wanning yang and relaxing numbness in the treatment of retrogressive gonarthritis have definite effect, it is worth popularizing.
