目的:分析椎间融合器植骨融合治疗腰椎管狭窄症术后下肢不全瘫的原因.方法:对我院2008年3月～2010年6月123例腰椎管狭窄症患者实施了椎管减压椎间融合器植骨融合术,分析造成其不全瘫的原因.结果:9例出现下肢不全瘫,其中神经牵拉伤5例;神经再灌注损伤2例;硬膜外血肿压迫2例,9例均随访2年以上,改善率为100%.结论:椎间融合器植骨融合治疗腰椎管狭窄症术后下肢不全瘫的原因以神经牵拉伤为最常见.%Objective: To analysis of interbody fusion treating postoperative lower limb incomplete paralysis by Cage. Methods: From March 2005 to June 2010, 123 patients with lower limb incomplete paralysis were treated by interbody fusion. All the possibly causes related to the incomplete paralysis were documented. Results: 9 cases were noted to incomplete paralysis. Among the rest, 5 cases had nerve root stretch injuery, 2 cases had aschemia and reperfusin in nerves, 2 cases had developed epidural hematoma. 9 cases were followed up for over 2 years, there was completely recovered of neurologic function in all cases, the rate of recovery was 100％. Conclusion: Many causes may be associated with the incomplete paralysis due to lower limb incomplete paralysis, nerve root stretch injuery is the most common.
