目的:评价我院化疗止吐药的应用现状与趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据.方法:对我院2006～2009年化疗止吐药品种、剂型、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析.结果:我院这4年中的化疗止吐药的销售金额、品种呈上升趋势,主要以5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂为主,其中昂丹司琼4年的销售金额均稳居榜首,4年的DDDs均列第一.结论:5-羟色胺受体阻滞药在我院迅速发展中占主导地位.%Objective: To evalvate the utilization status and trend of anti-vomiting drug in our hospital. Methods: The anti-vomiting drugs used in our hospital from 2006 t0 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of drug kinds dosage fonns,consumption sum, DDDs etc. Results: Both the drug kinds and the consumption sum of anti-vomiting drug increased year by year in our hospital over 4 years, dominating the first place was 5-HT3 antagonists of which Ondansetron topped the list in consumption sum four years and its DDDs ranked at the first place for 4 years. Domestic injections took the lead among all the anti-vomiting drugs. Conclusion: Consumption quantity of 5-HT3 antagonists has a rapid increase and which occupy a dominate place in our hospital.
