Objective: To study the analysis of various serum factors joint detection in diagnosis of Lung cancer. Methods:rn69 patients with lung cancer in our hospital from January 2008 to October 2010 were selected as research object,and they rnwere observation group, then 69 healthy peoples were selected as control group, then the serum CRP, CEA, sICAM-1, sVrnCAM-1 and MMP-9 of the two groups were detected and compared. Results: The serum CRP, CEA, sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 rnand MMP-9 of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group [(0.96±0.33) mg/L, (0.23±0.19)ng/ml, (240.23±108.96) ng/ml, (308.76±58.73) ng/ml, (198.63±56.83) ng/ml], and the levels of patients with lymphatic metastasis [(34.59±7.82) mg/L, (4.20±0.96) ng/ml, (554.89±136.52) ng/ml, (798.63±145.80) ng/ml, (579.86±66.96) ng/ml] were signif icantly higher than those without lymphatic metastasis [(23.87±8.16) mg/L, (3.31±1.08) ng/mL (369.87±113.57) ng/ml, (602.79±136.55) ng/ml, (382.67±70.52) ng/ml], there were significant differences and very significant differences P＜0.05 or P＜0.01. Conclusion: The analysis of various serum factors joint detection in diagnosis of lung cancer is obvious, and it is worthy of further studying and analysis.%目的:探讨多项血清因子联合检测在肺癌诊断中的意义.方法:选取2008年1月～2010年10月于我院进行诊治的69例肺癌患者为研究对象,将其设为观察组;同时选取同期的69名健康体检人员为对照组,将两组人员的血清CRP、CEA、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1及MMP-9水平进行检测及比较.结果:观察组的血清CRP、CEA、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1及MMP-9水平均明显高于对照组[(0.96～0.33)mg/L,(0.23±0.19)ng/ml,(240.23～108.96)ng/ml,(308.76±58.73)ng/ml,(198.63±56.83)ng/ml],且伴有淋巴转移者[(34.59±7.82)mg/L,(4.20±20.96)ng/ml,(554.89±136.52)ng/ml,(798.63±145.80)ng/ml,(579.86±66.96)ng/ml]明显高于不伴淋巴转移者[(23.87±8.16)mg/L,(3.31±1.08)ng/ml,(369.87±113.57)ng/ml,(602.79±136.55)ng/ml,(382.67±70.52)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:血清CRP、CEA、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1及MMP-9水平联合检测在肺癌诊断中有着明显意义,值得进一步研究探讨.
