股骨转子间骨折是临床常见疾病,其治疗的方法多种多样,主要的治疗方法为动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定、动力髁螺钉(DCS)内固定、Gamma钉内固定和股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)固定等方式.本文将这四种主要方法的临床应用方法、适应症和缺陷的文献报道进行综述,以期对于临床选择合适的治疗方法提供一些依据.%Intertrochanteric fracture is a common clinical disease, for which there are many therapies, main therapies includes dynamic hip screw (DHS) internal fixation, dynamic condylar screw (DCS) internal fixation, Gamma nail internal fixation and proximal femoral nail (PFN) fixation.This paper reviewed the literature about clirical application methods, indications and defects of the four major methods in order to provide some basis for the appropriate selection of therapy.
