Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of lymphocyte sub-cluster in the patients with colon carcinoma. Methods: 85 patients with colon carcinoma in our hospital were collected. Flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of lymphocyte sub-cluster before and after chemotherapy and then compared with 50 healthy people. The clinical significance was analyzed. Results: The proportion of CD3+ and CD4+ T cells were (55.36+11.19)% and (32.03±8.57)% and the ratio of CD4VCD8+ was (1.05±0.28) in patients with colon carcinoma. These data were all significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The more late of clinical stage and the worse of histodifferentiation degree, the lower proportion of CD3+ and CD4+ T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ and the higher ratio of CD4+CD25+ T cells (P<0.05). The proportion of CD3+ and CD4+ T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher in patients who had effective chemotherapy than that in patients with inefficient chemotherapy. The ratio of CD4+CD25+ T cells were lower in patients who got effective chemotherapy than that in patients with inefficient chemotherapy (P<0.05). Conclusion: The detection of lymphocyte sub-cluster in the patients with colon carcinoma and its changes before and after chemotherapy can conduce to understand the immune state of patients and the judgement of curative effects.%目的:探讨检测结肠癌患者淋巴细胞亚群的临床意义.方法:收集85 例我院收治的结肠癌患者,采用流式细胞仪检测其化疗前后淋巴细胞亚群的改变并与50 例健康体检者进行比较,分析其临床意义.结果:结肠癌患者外周血中,CD3+和CD4+细胞的比例分别为(55.36±11.19)%和(32.03±8.57)%,CD4+/CD8+的比值(1.05±0.28)均较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05).同时笔者发现患者临床分期越晚、组织分化程度越差,外周血中CD3+和CD4+细胞的比例越低、CD4+/CD8+的比值越低,而CD4+CD25+细胞的比例越高(P<0.05).治疗有效的患者CD3+和CD4+细胞的比例、CD4+/CD8+的比值均显著高于无效组,而CD4+CD25+细胞的比例显著低于无效组(P<0.05).结论:检测结肠癌患者淋巴细胞亚群及其化疗前后的变化有助于了解机体免疫状态,对患者的治疗效果进行判断.
