The unified and confirmed registration of natural resources is an important measure for the state to deepen the reform of the system of ecological civilization and the reform of the national natural resources management system .Through the confirmation rights ,the system of natural resource property rights ,which belongs to clear ownership ,clear power and responsibility and effective supervision ,serves the protection and supervision of natural resources .Based on the information construction practice of the registration of natural resources ,this paper sets up a large data center of natural resources with the guidance of the data integration and application services of natural resources ,and sets up a complete set of information platform for the registration of natural resources ,using advanced artificial intelligence technology ,large space data technology and cloud computing technology .The implementation of the registration unit of natural resources ,the investigation of the right of confirmation ,the register of registration and the services of achievement sharing provide valuable exploration and consideration for the improvement of the property rights system of natural resources and the construction of ecological civilization .%自然资源统一确权登记是国家深化生态文明制度改革和国家自然资源管理体制改革的重要举措,通过确权形成归属清晰、权责明确、监管有效的自然资源资产产权制度,服务于自然资源的保护和监管.本文从自然资源确权登记的信息化建设实践出发,以自然资源的数据整合和应用服务为导向,建立自然资源大数据中心,使用先进的人工智能技术、空间大数据技术、云计算技术,建立一套完整的自然资源确权登记信息平台,实现自然资源的登记单元划定、确权调查、登记登簿、成果共享服务,为健全自然资源资产产权制度和生态文明建设提供有价值的探索和思考.
