神东哈拉沟煤矿综采工作面调斜开采技术与应用

         

摘要

The coal mine fully mechanized mining face often encounters irregular borders .Generally , through the adjustment technology of fully mechanized mining face ,both ends of the working face are adjusted to ensure that the working face is perpendicular to the slot .In this paper ,the first real center of the fully-mechanized mining face in the Shendong mining area was studied based on the 22528 working face of the Halagou coal mine in Shendong mining area ,from the aspects of preparation before the inclined mining of the working face ,pre-explosion of the deep-hole opening ,and oblique mining .The inclined mining technology first proposed the division of 35# from the working face to 177# of the tail ,divided into 5 segments (each 50 m long) ,and the tail was advanced by 4 cycles to reach 43 .3 m ,successfully passing through the middle of the working face 9 .5° large corner ,finished working face slanting 11 .5° corner;secondly ,the safety technology measures such as the overall driving distance measurement of the working face ,the prevention of the support inversion frame and the transporter's turbulence are given;finally ,the characteristics of the mine pressure during the inclined mining are summarized .The practical results show that on the one hand ,the inclined slope mining technology of Halagou coal mine is used to expand and strengthen the return air along the trough ,so as to avoid backing off the support during the skew adjustment and ensure the normal mining of the working face;on the other hand ,it has improved the recovery of coal resources and economic efficiency .This technology is an important guidance and reference for the inclined mining of fully mechanized coal mining face under similar conditions in the mining area .%煤矿综采工作面布置经常遇到不规则边界,一般通过综采工作面调斜技术调整工作面两端头进尺,保证工作面与顺槽垂直.本文以神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿22528工作面为依托,从工作面调斜开采前准备、开切眼深孔预爆破、调斜开采等阶段研究了神东矿区综采工作面首个实中心调斜开采技术,首先提出了将该工作面35#架至机尾177#架划分为5段(每段长50 m),并通过10个循环使机尾推进43.3 m,成功通过工作面中部9.5°大转角,完成了工作面调斜11.5°转角;其次给出了工作面整体推进距测量、防止支架倒挤架、运输机窜动等安全工艺技术措施;最后总结分析了调斜开采期间矿压特征.实践结果表明哈拉沟煤矿调斜开采技术一方面对回风顺槽进行扩帮加固技术处理,避免调斜期间回撤支架,保证了工作面正常推采;另一方面提高了煤炭资源回收和经济效率,该技术工艺对矿区类似条件下综采工作面调斜开采具有重要的指导、借鉴作用.
