This article taking Henan Province Non-ferrous Metals Geological Mineral Resources Bureau for example, analyzed the new normal,the geological exploration units facing the external,internal problems and difficulties,this paper expounds the development of geological exploration units facing new challenges,new industries and new opportunities,and the momentum of development.Deeply discussed the geological exploration unit optimization of economic structure adjustment problems,and concludes that the traditional geological exploration units only take the initiative to deepen the reform of the self,do a good job in geological prospecting business,not mine geological technology services industry,optimize the team and qualification structure,enhance the level of talents construction and funds management,cultivating core competitive ability,enhance the comprehensive competitive power,to the transformation and upgrading of technology for leading industry,to improve the brand effect,can make the geological mining enterprise in economy healthy and sustainable development under the new normal.
