北方煤炭四港煤种多,煤质情况复杂,对机械化采制样系统要求高,通过研究北方煤炭四港的煤质情况设计出一套机械化采制样系统.阐述了系统工艺流程,对组成系统的单体设备、电控系统和工业电视监控系统分别介绍其工作原理、性能参数等,总结了本系统的技术特色.由第三方鉴定机构分别对应用于北方某港的卸车线采制样系统和装船线采制样系统进行了系统性能鉴定试验,得到了系统偏倚和精密度试验结果.试验和工业运行结果表明:系统能够完成大粒度、高水、高灰煤炭的机械化采制样工作,系统偏倚、精密度都达到了国家标准要求,提高了进出港煤炭采样的机械化作业率.%Higher requirements are put forward in the mechanical sampling system because of complex coal sources and quality in the four coal ports in North China.Designed the sampling system through the research of coal quality of the four coal ports in North China,expounds the system process,introduces the composition of system equipment,power supply and control system,industrial television monitoring system,and the working principle and performance parameters of the component parts,summarizes the technical features of this system.Third-party accreditation body does performance evaluation tests respectively to the unloading and loading sampling systems applied in a northern port of China,and get the test results of systematic bias and precision.Test and industrial operation results show that:system is able to complete mechanization sampling work to large size,high moisture content,high-ash coal,systematic bias and precision have met the national standard requirements,improved the coal mechanization sampling rate of unloading and loading.
