煤炭资源型城市碳排放特征研究:以平顶山市为例

         

摘要

This paper calculated the carbon emissions from the industries,residential sector and cement production from 2004 to 2012 in Pingdingshan,an important coal-oriented city in China.The logarithmic mean Divisia method (LMDI)was applied to calculate the contributions of the driving factors to carbon emissions.The results were as follows:① The carbon emissions were increasing at a rate of 13.226%annually;② The contributions of positively driving factors,which mainly included industrial energy intensity,per capita GDP,industrial structure,etc,were far greater those of the negatively inhibiting factors which included energy intensity in the residents sectors and energy structure.The improvement of energy utilization technology and the industrial transformation and upgrading would be the keys to low-carbon city.%为了帮助煤炭型城市科学合理地制订碳减排对策,以平顶山市为例,计算了2004~2012年间来自产业部门、生活部门能源活动和水泥行业生产过程中地碳排放量,并用 LMDI(对数平均权重分解法)法测算了各影响因子的贡献。结果表明:①平顶山市碳排放量年增长率为13.226%;②生产部门能源强度、人均 GDP、产业结构等是碳排放地主要正向驱动因子,生活部门能源强度和能源结构是负向抑制因子,正向驱动因子的贡献远大于负向因子。提高能源利用技术水平和产业升级是降低碳排放地主要措施。
