基于放出体和崩落体最大程度吻合理论,耦合优化庙沟铁矿无底柱分段崩落法崩矿步距和进路间距。结合结构参数和实际体积贫化率与回收率的经验公式,推导质量回贫差的数学模型,计算不同崩矿步距的理论最优进路间距、放出体体积和质量回贫差。综合理论计算结果和工程类比法选择试验参数,进行1∶50比例尺立体模型相似模拟放矿试验,试验结果证明回贫差数学模型是可靠的,同时得出最优崩矿步距约为3.6m ,最优进路间距为16.5~17m。%Based on the theory that draw body mostly coincides to caving body ,sublevel caving step and access space of Miao Gou iron mine was coupling optimized .Combining the empirical formula of structural parameters ,real volume recovery rate and dilution rate ,the mathematic model of d-value of recovery and dilution was deduced ,and theoretical best access space ,draw body volume and quality d-value of recovery and dilution were calculated .Experiment parameters were elected according to theoretical calculation results and engineering analog method ,ore drawing experiments of 1 :50 scale dioramas were carried out .The experiments’ results pointed that the mathematic model was reliable and that the best caving step was about 3 .6m and the best access space was between 16 .5m and 17m .
